What is a Charlie&me gift card and where can I use it?
Due to the receivership, gift cards will be honoured on a ‘dollar-for-dollar’ basis. For example, a $40 purchase can be paid for with a $20 gift voucher and $20 cash; a $100 purchase with a $50 gift voucher and $50 cash etc.
Gift card is a pre-paid debit card similar to a gift voucher. It can be used to buy merchandise in any Charlie&me retail store in Australia and New Zealand or online at www.charlieandmekids.com. The gift card is not a loyalty card.
What can I buy with my gift card?
You can buy any product (except gift cards) using a gift card currently selling in any Charlie&me store located in Australia and New Zealand or online.
Can anyone use my gift card?
Yes, you and anyone you have chosen are able to use your gift card. Yourself or the person you have chosen must be in physical possession of the gift card at the time of redemption.
Can I use the gift card in any other country where Charlie&me clothing is sold?
The gift card can only be used in the country that is specified on the back of the card.
Why do I have a code on my gift card?
A code is a personal identification number that is unique to your gift card. For security, we require the code when you are purchasing Charlie&me products online. You can find your code on the back of the card in the top right corner under the silver scratch-off area. You don't need to use the code if you are using your gift card in store.
Does my gift card expire?
No, all Charlie&me gift cards have no expiry dates.
What happens to my unused balance?
The unused balance remains on your gift card for future use. All Charlie&me gift cards have no expiry dates or fees.
What should I do if I lose my gift card or if it is stolen?
Charlie&me is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. We will however deactivate a gift card at your request. To report a lost or stolen gift card, please call 1800 263 258 or visit one of our stores. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Can I buy an item that costs more or less than the available balance on my gift card?
Yes, if your order total is less than the amount on your gift card, the remaining amount will be available on your card for future purchases. If your order is more than the amount on your gift card, you will need to pay for the balance with additional Charlie&me gift cards, cash, debit cards, credit cards or Paypal.
How many gift cards can I use for each transaction?
You may use as many gift cards as you like for making a payment in store. If purchasing online, the site will limit your payment options up to three gift cards only. If you wish to redeem more than three gift cards for your online order, you must call our Customer Care Centre on 1800 263 258 and place the order with us over the phone.
Can I top up my gift card with additional credit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to top up your gift card with additional funds.
Terms and Conditions
This Charlie&me gift card is redeemable for merchandise only at Charlie&me stores in Australia and New Zealand. Any balance remains on the card. No change will be given.
This card cannot be redeemed for cash or used for payment on any account. Please safeguard this card, it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
This card carries no expiration date.
